The portion effected by the Regional Water Reclamation Facility (Medford-Operated Treatment Plant) rate increase is the largest piece of the pie. With the large increase in treatment costs, we anticipate that the total sewer bill will need to be increased by $20 to $25 over the next 5 to 7 years.
